Attached to the Falls Park Visitors Information Center is a five story enclosed viewing tower with an outdoor observation deck. Equipped with an elevator, the Viewing Tower provides a breath-taking 360-degree panoramic view of the falls and the city skyline. The Viewing Tower is open to the public during the hours when the Visitors Center is operating.

Driving Directions from Interstate 229: Take the Rice Street Exit #7. Turn West onto Rice Street and keep going West past Cliff Avenue. The road will curve to the South. After the curve, turn right onto Falls Park Drive. Take the first left to enter the park. The Visitor Information Center parking lot is the second parking lot on your left. Driving Directions from the middle of Sioux Falls: Take Minnesota Avenue north to 6th Street. Turn east onto 6th Street and go to Phillips Avenue (approximately 3 blocks). Turn North onto Phillips Avenue and follow that road into the Falls Park area. The first right will be the entrance to Falls Park. The Visitor Information Center parking lot will be the first lot on your right.
