This can be used for any off day that the Canaries or the Canaries office isn't using the stadium. This would include opening a concession stand for the business, lighting for a possible game on-field after dark, etc.
Suite Usage for Meetings - $450 for 20 people; $750 for 40
This can be used for a rental during the day, as well as the seating for the game that evening. A price can be negotiated for a non-game day rental. Center for Active Generations Sertoma B-This large carpeted room is excellent for larger meetings or classes. It can be arranged in various ways for individual events. $100 1-5 hours, $175 over 5 hours. Conference Room-This conference room has a large conference table. It has a white board and projector screen for presentations. $35 1-5 hours, $70 full day. Activity Room/Kitchenette-This small room holds 24-30 comfortably and would be ideal for small family get togethers or a birthday party $50 1-5 hours, $100 full day. Craft Room-This room is available for those wanting to do hands on projects requiring access to water and lots of table and counter space. Craft classes or meetings, when work space is needed, are often held here. $35 1-5 hours, $70 full day. Party times available are subject to the Excel Achievement Center hours of operation, class schedules and availability.
Refreshments including food and beverages are allowed. Utensils must be provided for those refreshments including plates, cups, knives, forks, etc. (Coffee will be provided).

For reservations or additional information please call 605-367-7317 Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum Located just out past the Zoo’s African Savannah, our largest rental location is Savannah Park. This location can hold up to 5,000 of your guests and is a great setting for large corporate functions, concerts, festivals and more! Our centrally located Wallaby Pavilion is located in the heart of the Zoo and is surrounded by exhibits such as alligators, emu, alpaca, primates and wallabies. The centralized location of this area and small covered pavilion make it perfect for any occasion with up to 600 people. Other smaller locations include Memorial Garden which is a more romantic wooded area suited well for receptions. Shoreline, which borders the river, is found directly south of Memorial Garden and can be combined with the Garden to increase capacity, or stand-alone as a wide open space configurable for many different events. Both locations separately can accommodate around 400 to 500 guests. If you’re looking for an indoor space, let your guest’s party or relax in our Great Room. Located behind the museum, the Great Room has around 6,400 square feet of space, including 26 foot tall ceilings and a dance floor. The Great room can be configured to seat up to 400 guest banquet style and 200 conference style. In 2008, make your event one-of-a-kind by choosing the Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum. Sound and light are included in the rental price. Labor is $13.5 per hour, if required, but we allow groups to use their own volunteer labor if qualified. SD Achieve Sioux Empire Fair/WH Lyon Fairgrounds Sioux Falls Museum of Visual Materials You have the option to rent 3 sections of our building depending on the amount of people you have for your party. To rent the entire museum for your event you will receive our main hall(Hall of the Americas), the atrium, 10 round tables, 5 rectangle tables, 100 chairs and the removal of our banners. The atrium with kitchen is set up for smaller groups of about 50 people max. The atrium is great for parties that would like to utilize the commercial grade kitchen for their event but do not need the entire hall. KIRBY SCIENCE DISCOVERY CENTER Explore the wonder of science in this dynamic center with three floors of hands-on science exhibits. This large area can host most groups, and many areas can accommodate catering stations. EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM The Executive Boardroom is a prestigious setting for your organizational conference or committee meeting. GREEN ROOM The Green Room, a theatrical lounge and meeting room in the Husby Performing Arts Center, offers a similar environment to the Executive Boardroom in a more intimate setting. The Green Room also provides a private restroom and coffee/kitchen area. Additional meeting rooms are available for breakout sessions. LEONARDO'S CAFE & CATERING Leonardo's Cafe, located on the first floor of the Washington Pavilion, can fulfill all your catering needs.
