Organizing a Reunion ... family, school or military??

Why not work with the Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB)? It's FREE!
It works like this:

  1. The CVB will take your event details will be put into a custom lead.
  2. Based on the information you request, the CVB then sends the lead to facilities, which then compete for your business.
  3. Hotels and venues submit proposal offers to the CVB for room block rates and availability, meeting space and more. The CVB then creates a summary and submits a complete packet of information back to you.
  4. Once you have made your selection, you can work directly with that hotel. Simply let the CVB know which hotel you have chosen then the CVB will contact the others and let them know they can release their space. That way, the CVB can save you time and yet allow the hotels to rebook their space.

Yes, it is really free — and here's why ...
Because we're a convention and visitors bureau, it's our job to keep track of where visitors stay. So, we'll help you find a great hotel for your reunion —as long as you give us the name of the hotel(s) you select.
Before contacting the Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau . . . .
In order to get started using our reunion service, we ask you have the following information:

  • Primary & possible alternative dates
  • Approximate number of guests
  • Your best guess as to how many hotel rooms you'll need for out-of-town guests on the days surrounding your reunion (NOTE: Hotels will not charge you for holding hotel rooms up to 30 days prior to your reunion date)
